He was predeceased by: his parents, John McKenzie and Yvonne McKenzie. He is survived by: his sister Tina (Dave); his nieces, Meghan and Sandra; his nephew Ben; his brother Jason (Susan); and his nieces and nephews, Marley (Madison), Lexine and Rylee. He is also survived by uncles and cousins.
