She was predeceased by: her father Derm. She is survived by: her husband Derek; her children, Tanner and Mackenzie; her mother Jean O'Leary; her brothers, Dwayne (Tara), Dermie and Kyle (Donna); her sister-in-law Stephanie (Jeremy); and her father-in-law Joe. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
