She is survived by: her children, Shanon (James Jubinville), Robert (Jennifer Martin) and Michael (Andrea Phair); her grandson Shane; her siblings, Kim (Barb), Chris (Doug) and Anita; and her extended family, Ray (Linda), Gary (Lisa), Bonnie (Steve) and Jeff (Karen).
