We are sad to announce that on February 13, 2021, at the age of 89, Maria Simonetti (Oakville, Ontario) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Maria Simonetti to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her husband Severino (Sam). She is survived by: her daughters, Teresa (Carmen), Nicolina (Vito), Marisa (Edward) and Sandra (Randy); her grandchildren, Pat, Steven, Marie (Marco), Michael (Nina), Christopher (Liliana), Laura (Denny), Alexandra (Pedro), Samantha (Justin), Matthew and Francesca; and her sisters-in-law, Chiarina, Domenica (Mario) and Franca. She is also survived by her cousins, many nieces, and nephews.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, a private funeral mass will be celebrated at St. James Roman Catholic Church on Thursday, February 18th at 10:30 a. m.

In lieu of flowers, her family requests donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association, the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada, or the Kidney Foundation of Canada.
