Maria Lidia Gouveia Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maria Lidia Gouveia (Oakville, Ontario), who passed away on August 5, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Sebastiao Pacheco Gouveia; her parents, Jose Cordeiro and Maria Dos Santos; her children, Armando and Lidia (Keith); and her brother Jose Cordeiro.

She is survived by: her children, Gabriella (late John Pereira), Joe (Fatima), Natalie (Filipe), Gil (Gleice), Dora (Joe), Antonio (Ana), Humberto, George (Mary) and Donald (Lucy); and her siblings, Evelyn (late Humberto) and Eduarda (late Jose). She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, cousins, many friends and extended family.

Due to the current pandemic, a private family service will be held for Lidia.
