It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lillian Mae Metlin (Oakville, Ontario), born in Stewiacke, Nova Scotia, who passed away on November 21, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Marjorie Raye (Newton) and Leroy Franklin Raye; her brothers, Frank and Duncan; her sisters-in-law, Joan and Dorothy; and her nephew Neil.

She is survived by: her sons, Jim (Cindy) of Ontario, Paul (Sandra) of Ontario and Robert (Lydia) of Ontario; her grandchildren, Adam, Lindsay, Brittani, Bradley, Ryan and Jacob; her great grandchildren, Logan and Payten; her sister Mary Arsenault (Al); her sister-in-law Lillian Raye (Ludeviks); and her close friends, Denean Metlin and George Byce.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Kidney Foundation of Canada in Lillian's memory.
