He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth MacDonald; and his sister Katherine. He is survived by: his children, Meredith and Alex; his grandson Henri; his former wife Gail MacKenzie; his mother Bette; his sisters, Andrea and Karen (Dan); and his nieces and nephews, Liam, Meghan, Brendan, Emily and Hillary. He is also survived by his family, friends.
