She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Jack; her daughter Susan Perrier (Randy); her grandchildren, Rhiannon and Conor; her son Greg Nancekivell (Nancy); her grandchildren, Tomas and Sophie; her nieces, Jennifer, Janis and Jodi; her parents, Bill Baigent and Gladys Baigent; and her brother Barry Baigent.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Kincardine United Church or the Kincardine and Community Health Care Foundation would be greatly appreciated as a celebration of Karen's life.
