In loving memory of Jerome Douglas Sproat (Oakville, Ontario), who departed this world on February 1, 2025 at the age of 85. Jerome leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Ross and Jessie Laurie Sproat; his brother Clinton "Bing" Sproat (Joyce); and also Connie Barber. He is survived by: his fiancée Carol Ann; his children, Susan Laurie and Jamieson Ross; his children-in-law, Paul Sprokay and Cara Hineman; his grandchildren, Birch Sprokay, Kenneth Sproat, Nolan Sprokay and Rowan Sprokay; his siblings, Jim Sproat (Margaret), Janet Benson (Bob), Judi Sproat and Jeff Sproat (Rena); and also, Terry, Gilbert and Tracy Jamieson.

Visitation was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Walton Memorial United Church (2489 Lakeshore Rd W, Oakville, ON L6L1H9).
