Jean Spik Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jean Spik (Oakville, Ontario), who passed away on August 26, 2022 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph; her son Larry; and her siblings, Wally and Cecilia. She is survived by: her children, Mark (Sue) and Kathy (Ken); her daughter-in-law Lisa; her grandchildren, Danielle (Jeff), Derek (Jes), Trevor (Cassie), Kyle (Olivia) and Tyler; her great grandchild Jack; her brother Richie (Jackie); and her sister-in-law Terri. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews, and other family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Trillium Health Partners Foundation (Mississauga Hospital), the Heart and Stroke Foundation or a charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated by the family.
