Isobel Fraser Ramsay Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Isobel Fraser Ramsay (Oakville, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 18, 2025 at the age of 94. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Isobel Fraser Ramsay to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her father William Hemingway; and her siblings, William Hemingway and Alice Hamilton. She is survived by: her husband James (Jimmy); her daughters, Lesley Ramsay-Carnovale and Sue Ramsay-Roddick (Gord); her granddaughters, Michelle Carnovale-Allison (Michael) and Gillian Carnovale; her great grandchildren, Marcus and Makayla; and her nephew England.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Kopriva Taylor Funeral Home (64 Lakeshore Rd W, Oakville, ON L6K1E1).
The family suggests, in lieu of flowers ("Don't send me flowers when I'm gone, but send them when I can enjoy them!") that a donation to the Halton Learning Foundation which supports literacy and learning to honour Isobel's life.
