We are sad to announce that on November 8, 2024, at the age of 93, Ireneo Teruel (Oakville, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his spouse Florencia Teruel; his children, Alan (Marian), Maria Lyn (Bernard) and Susan (Louie); his grandchildren, Karla, Marc, Michael, Melissa, Andrew and Lauren; and his sister Severina Casaquite. He is also survived by his family, nieces, nephews and friends.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Glen Oaks Funeral Home (3164 Ninth Line, Oakville, ON L6H7A8). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Michael's Roman Catholic Parish (181 Sewell Dr, Oakville, ON L6H1E3). A burial was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Glen Oaks Cemetery (3164 Ninth Line, Oakville, ON L6H7A8).

If desired, donations in memory of Ernie can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society and are greatly appreciated by the family.
