We are sad to announce that on September 5, 2020, at the age of 84, Harald Matthiessen (Oakville, Ontario) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Harald Matthiessen to pay them a last tribute.

He is survived by: his parents, August Matthiessen and Frieda Matthiessen; his siblings, Helga, Hans Gunter, Rolf and Gerhard; his wife Ilse Doris Hoop; his children, Martin and Karen; his children-in-law, Mark and Jayna; and his grandchildren, Ella, Katie, Ashley, Jenna and Mason. He is also survived by 5 children, he had one sister and three brothers.

The family has requested that those wishing to make a donation in honor of Harald to please consider "The Kerr Street Mission" in Oakville or "Ian Anderson House Hospice Care" What we once enjoyed and deeply loved we can never lose, for all that we love deeply.
