With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Frederick James Steers (Oakville, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 13, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Steers and Jessie Steers; his sisters, Carole Martin (late Ross) and Elizabeth Steers; and his siblings-in-law, Janet and Rino Rinaldi.
He is survived by: his wife Elaine; his daughter Colleen; and his sisters, Linda Deakins (Richard) and Helen Mainprize (late Lloyd). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home (64 Lakeshore Rd W, Oakville, ON L6K1E1). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
