He is survived by: his wife Willa West; his children, Maritia MacDonald, Bernie MacDonald and Jennie West-Correia; and his grandchildren, Alex, Keira, Aria, Carter, Rowen and Addison. He is also survived by many other extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, the Canadian Cancer Society and/or the Canadian Institute for the Blind.
