Florence Mary Bird Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Florence Mary Bird (Oakville, Ontario), who passed away on January 10, 2022, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Hilda Stennett and James Stennett; her husband Allan Bird (Spud); and her siblings, Albert Stennett, Jim Stennett, Bill Stennett, Homer Stennett and Ann Doughty.

She is survived by: her children, Michael, Susan Bird, Douglas Bird, Deborah Foerster, Karen and Rick Craven; her grandchildren, Michael, Christine, Matthew, Jenn, Sarah, Kirsten, Ryan, Lucas, Dillon and Erich; her great grandchildren, Hannah, Scarlet, Emma, Marlie, Andrew and Luna; and her sister Barbara Strain. She is also survived by the many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

In leu of flowers donations can be made to The War Amps or Church of the Epiphany A private in person family service will be held.
