With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Erik Victor Terp (Oakville, Ontario), who passed away on February 5, 2023 at the age of 98. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Erik Victor Terp to pay them a last tribute.

He is survived by: his wife Eva; his children, Peter (Melora), Suzanne and Alison (Ray); and his grandchildren, Max, Anna, Casper, Erik and Hannah.

Erik and Eva took up golf together later in life, and enjoyed the sport up until a Covid-19 put an end to it.

Donations can be made in Erik's name to Heart and Stroke Foundation, North York General Hospital, Toronto or the Danish Lutheran Church, Toronto.

“I was very sorry to hear of Erik's passing, but what a live well lived. Exploring Fort Knox downstairs, and admiring Erik's garden, Muskoka chairs and of course 'shut the box' are fond memories. I was fortunate to share a boat with Erik a few times on Lake Kagawong and to have enjoyed some beautiful late afternoon/evenings on that beautiful, still lake.
