She was predeceased by: her parents, William Charles Swanson and Ellen Millicent Swanson. She is survived by: her husband Peter Harry Yourkevich; her daughters, Lisa (Michael) and Tricia; her sister Laurel (Angelo); and her grandchildren, Emma and Kyle.

Due to Covid there will be no visitation.

In lieu of flowers donations can made to the Alzheimer's Society of Canada.
