He is survived by: his wife Lisa Karthaus; his children, Thomas Karthaus (Lauren) and Alexandra Jenkins (Iain); his grandchildren, Katherine Karthaus, Laila, Hayden and Finn; his mother Rosemarie Karthaus; his sisters, Mary Beth Williamson (John) and Caroline Ames (Gordon); his brother-in-law Michael Kuehne (Kim); and his nephews, Michael, Philip, Patrick, Chris and Sean.
