We are sad to announce that on November 4, 2021, at the age of 97, Douglas Adam (Oakville, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends can send flowers and condolences in memory of the loved one. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Douglas Adam to pay them a last tribute.

He is survived by: his wife Helen; his sons, Gordon Adam (Sharon), Christopher Adam and Michael Adam (Marilyn); and his grandchildren, Gordon, Cassandra, Robert, Jocelynn, Derek, Cameron, Jakob, Mitchell and Joshua. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.

Due to COVID restrictions, a maximum of 40 persons will be permitted to attend the funeral.
