It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charleen Clarke (Oakville, Ontario), who passed away on December 10, 2021, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She is survived by: her parents, Charles Clarke and Eileen Clarke; her uncle Derek Cornacchia; her aunt Enid; her cousin David; her aunt Joyce Hogan; and her cousins, Jimmy and Jerry Hogan.

Respecting the current pandemic situation, the family have requested that all guests are fully vaccinated for COVID-19, proof of vaccination and identification will be required upon entry to the funeral home.
