She was predeceased by: her parents, Karin and Wilf (Dwaine). She is survived by: her children, Jessica Smith (William) of Guelph, ON and Alex Smith (Alyssa) of London, ON; her sisters, Valarie Wafer (Mark) of Burlington, ON and Christine Antonation of Burlington, ON; her brother-in-law Douglas Smith (Debbie); her grandson Owen; and her nieces and nephews, Meghan (Kevin), Coleen (Corey), Logan, Cameron, Jelisa (Jesse), Ben, Cassandra (Scott), Nadine and Marlene.

Due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, a service is not scheduled to protect the health and safety of friends and family.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of one's choice.
