She is survived by: her husband Cees Kersten; her daughter Marnie Lynn; her daughter-in-law Liz Da Ponte; her grandchildren, Noah and Emma; her brother Wayne (Patricia); her in-laws, Dianne Kersten (late Arend), Jane Lowe (Bob), Dick Kersten (Corinne), Mim Sinke (Herb) and Marg Kersten; and her cousin Gail Russell.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Clearview Christian Reformed Church (2300 Sheridan Garden Dr, Oakville, ON L6J7R2). A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
