He was predeceased by: his parents, Guillermo A. Dicion Sr. and Marcosa Salazar Dicion. He is survived by: his wife Evangelina; his sons, Allan and Alvin; and his siblings, Pedro, Mario, Lolita Sebastian, Priscila Villanueva, Guillermo Jr., Francisco and Jose. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
