She is survived by: her children, Duncan (JoAnne Amero George) and Jennifer Cairns (Andy); her grandchildren, Carla, Isaac Schulthies (Sara), Alanna George, Robin Cairns (Helena) and Nicola Bigelow (Rory); her great grandchildren, Shannon Reid, Mason, Lillian Schulthies, Quinn, Owen Bigelow and Orin Cairns; her child Ryerson; her aunt Edie Jones; her children, England and Wales; and her husband Ted.
A later funeral service and gathering to celebrate Betty's life will be held once pandemic restrictions have been safely lifted.
