We are sad to announce that on March 7, 2022, at the age of 78, Beate Helmtraut Scheel (Oakville, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her husband Klaus; her children, Karl, Lisa (Stephen Lattimer), Karen (Cal Frank) and Dennis (Kathryn Scheel); and her grandchildren, Joseph, Danielle, Samuel, Matthieu and Madeline. She is also survived by her extended family, and her friends.

In lieu flowers, donations will be accepted in Beate's honour: The Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada.
