We are sad to announce that on July 30, 2020, at the age of 59, Anna Fert of Oakville, Ontario passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Wiktor Poliszczuk and Wladyslawa Poliszczuk; her husband Marek; her son Mark (Amy); her grandmother Baba; her brothers, Igor (Barbara), Slawek (Tosia) and Andrzej; and her nieces and nephews, Myra, Peter (Kasia) and Gerry.
