He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Alexander Allan and Dora Allan; his wife Mary; his children, Judith Sargent (Phillip), Beth Allan (Richard Bott) and Jason Sauernheimer (Stephanie); his stepchildren, Bill Keary (Anne), Marion Duffield (Steve), Jim Keary (Kelly) and Stuart Keary (Kelly); and his grandchildren, Ophelia (Mikel), Alex, Jay, Aidan and Angela.
