He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Carter and Blanche Carter; and his siblings, Charles (Sarah), Ken (Joan), Gordon, Patricia, Grace, Josephine (Ben) and Laura.
He is survived by: his spouse Elizabeth (Betty); his sons, John (Angela), David (Kim) and Gordon; his grandchildren, Jennifer (Amie), Brett, Alexandra, Jessica, Devin and Kelly; his great grandchildren, Ella, Ethan and Jacob; his siblings, Fred, Herb (Brenda), Ben (Sandra) and Barbara (Bob); and his siblings-in-law, Gus Connors, Olive Carter, Sue Cole and Christine Cole. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke foundation or a charity of your choice.
