He was predeceased by: his parents, Maw Baak Kong and Sui Fong Leung. He is survived by: his wife Yuk Mui (Ella); his daughter Grace; his sons-in-law, Mark and James; his grandchildren, Meagan, Jaymie and Keira; and his siblings, Elina, Mina and Patrick. He is also survived by in-laws, nieces, and nephews.
Viewing will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Glen Oaks Funeral Home & Cemetery (3164 Ninth Line, Oakville, ON L6H7A8). Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Glen Oaks Funeral Home (3164 Ninth Line, Oakville, ON L6H7A8). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Glen Oaks Funeral Home & Cemetery (3164 Ninth Line, Oakville, ON L6H7A8). A burial will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 12:15 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made to the Canadian Cancer Society in memory of Alan, a cause deeply close to his heart.
