She was predeceased by: her husband Philip Armstrong; her parents, Beatrice Lee and David Lee; and her brother Jim Lee. She is survived by: her children, Betty Ainsworth (late John) of Peterborough, John Armstrong (Debbie) of Norwood, Phyllis Rose (Doug) of Norwood, Marilyn Craig (Paul) of Norwood, Pat Smallman (Brian McCrodan) of Peterborough, Bill Armstrong (Kathy Dollimore) and Sue Arscott (Roch Clement); and her siblings, Barbara McFadden (late Merle), John Lee (June), Nancy Vandenberg (Willie), Beverly Smith (late Marwood) and Dale Davidson (Garnet). She is also survived by her many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
