He is survived by: his children, Mike Milligan, Rob Swain (Kim), Sylvia Carriere, Beth Lobb (Murray), Luc Milligan (Emily), Rick Swain, Todd Swain (Amanda) and Sherry Milligan-Turner; his grandchildren, Robbie (Sarah), Kristin (Adam), Breanne (Travis), Elizabeth (Troy), Matthew (Janelle), David (Hayley), Hillary (James), Travis, Hannah, Aaron, Katelyn, Celeste, Alyssa and Rachel; his great grandchildren, Lillie, Arianna, Elija, Freya, Hannah, Asher, Maisie, Shelby, Katherine, Robert, Laura and Jackson; his great great grandchild Arianna; and his brother Wayne (Judy).
