He is survived by: his wife Judy Hamersma; his grandchildren, Justin (Emily Todd), Clayton (Laura Ham), Christi (Cam Morin), Rachel (Cole Mumford), Tori English, Brooklyn, Blair, Roman, Bowen and Riley; and his siblings, Bob Hamersma (Lee) of Nova Scotia, Weit Hamersma (Jennifer) of Lakefield, Mary DeBruyn (late Paul) of Nova Scotia and Jane Stelpstra (Art) of Burford. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
