He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Slomka and Heather Triolo; and his sister Debbie Ellis. He is survived by: his girlfriend Wendy Johnson; his son Shane Slomka (Casey); his stepson Richard Clark (Rose); his grandchildren, Ethan, Rain, Nehemiah, Talon and Aidric; his great grandchildren, Robert and Harvey; his sister Cheryl (Pat); and his stepfather Angelo Triolo. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews.
