He was predeceased by: his siblings, Cor (Nellie Byl) and John (Wympje Ryksen); and his son-in-law Ken McLellan. He is survived by: his wife Maria Van Ravenswaay-Ryksen; his children, Joanne McLellan, Chris and Hennie Van Ravenswaay; his grandchildren, Josephine, Matt Van Manen, Anthony, Jacoba Van Esch, Deanna and Teunis Penning; his great grandchildren, Blake, Caylee, Bree, Chelsey, Brayden, Erik, Natalie and Kevin; and his sisters, Cornelia Couperus and Alice Kloot.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Bethany Care Home of Norwich.
