He was predeceased by: his son-in-law Johannes Heikoop. He is survived by: his wife Wilhelmina Sinke-Van Pagee; his children, Joanne, Anton Scherpenzeel, Laura Shaugnessy, Wilma, Mike Hartwell, Bill Sinke and Tracy; and his sister Mina Houtekamer-Sinke (Goes).
