It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lois Irving (Norwich, Ontario), born in Embro, Ontario, who passed away on October 23, 2024, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Lavern; her parents, Alvin Clair and Mary St Clair; her siblings, Anna Alexander (Hilton), George (Josie), Jack, Bob (Darlene) and Bill St Clair; and her in-laws, Garfield, Hazel Irving, Maxine Doan (Alex), Marjorie Albright (Ross) and Ruth Ann Haley (Gord).
She is survived by: her children, David Irving, Annette Martin (Ron) and Carolyn Henderson (Paul); her grandchildren, Alycia Martin (Ryan), AJ Martin (Kristie), Mark (Michelle), Luke (Caitlynn) and Craig Henderson; her great grandchildren, Ruby, Charlee, Beau, Kason, Adalyn, Cole, Isaac, Amelia and Emmett; and also, Donnajean and Jim Jefferies.
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 26th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Norwich United Church (80 Main St W, Norwich, ON N0J1P0). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 26th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, October 26th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the Norwich Cemetery (813243 Base Line, Norwich, ON N0J1P0). A reception was held on Saturday, October 26th 2024 from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM at the Norwich United Church (80 Main St W, Norwich, ON N0J1P0).
