She was predeceased by: her former husband Robert Hinks; her parents, Archie Farrell and Ethel Farrell; her sibling Marion Carroll; and her daughter Kathy Black.
She is survived by: her siblings, Erma Lemon, Marjorie Pritchard, Glen, Lloyd and Ken; her sons, Tom (Diane Smiley) and David Hinks (Elizabeth Veninga); her grandsons, Edward, Jason Black, Alex, Matthew, Otto and Stuart Hinks; and her great grandchildren, Jasmine, Tyson, Tommy, Maggie, Joe, Will, Rose, Grace, Sam, Sherwin Hinks, William and Jeremy Black.
