He is survived by: his children, Jennifer, Wayne Van Harten (Luke), Corneil, Matthew, Jeffrey, Kevin, Trevor, Nathan, Arianna and Ryan; his mother Klazina Van Beek (late Cornelis Van Beek); and his father-in-law Jake Rozendaal (late Jeannette Rozendaal). He is also survived by his brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Health Sciences North or Heart & Stroke Foundation.
