Joan Flieler Obituary
We are sad to announce that on August 31, 2022, at the age of 88, Joan Flieler (Northbrook, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband John Flieler; her parents, John Huffman and Cassie Huffman; and her sisters, Grace and Marjorie.
She is survived by: her sons, Jim Flieler (Valerie) and David Flieler (Barbara); her grandchildren, Amber Thorndyke (Mike), Sean Thorndyke (Jen), Tia Peter (Ryan) and Tyler Thorndyke (Rachel); and her great grandchildren, James, Elizabeth, Avery, Jackson, Colton, Aubrey, Briar, Chelsea, Danny, Evelyn and Rachel.
In lieu of flowers friends are welcome to make a donation in her name to a charity of their choice with consideration to Pine Meadow Nursing Home and the Alzheimer's Society.
