He is survived by: his daughters, Lela Spicer (Ben) of Morrisburg and Patsy Spicer-McCumber (Kyle) of Roblin; and his sisters, Vera Mead of Brighton and Verna. He is also survived by his 11 grandchildren & 6 great-grandchildren.
