It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Toby Orlans (North York, Ontario), who passed away on July 24, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Theodore. She is survived by: her children, Rachel and Warren Orlans (Naomi Epstein); and her brothers, Mark (Marisa Elbaum) and David (Shelley Elbaum). She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.
