He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Kim Dong-Hyup and Hahm Jong-Ok; his spouses, Kwon Oksun and Kim Oksun; his daughters, Laura and May; his siblings, Kim Eung-Hwan, Kim Jung-Hwan, Kim Jang-Hwan, Kim Kyung-Hwan, Kim Myung-Hwan, Kim Jung-Sook and Kim Eun-Sook; and his grandchildren, Valentina, Mason and Esmé. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
