He was predeceased by: his parents, Yaghia Kibalian and Mariam Kibalian. He is survived by: his wife Marie Joseph Kibalian; his children, Lucy (David), Ohannes, Johnny (Anita) and Monika (Manny); his grandchildren, Ethan, Ella, Sienna, Valentina, Veronica and Vanessa; and his siblings, Lucy, Ohannes, Osanne, Hagop, Bergun and Garabed.
