He was predeceased by: his wife Maxine. He is survived by: his children, Michael (Joanne), Stephen, Jayne (Doug) and Richard (Maria); his grandchildren, Steven (Katrina), Taylor, Victoria and Robert; his great grandchild Kate; and his friend Nancy O'Donnell.
