He is survived by: his children, David (Ellen Zworth), Elaine (Eddie Birnbaum) and Neil Zworth (Jennifer Wyman); his grandchildren, Corey (Poly), Jessica (Mark), Jonathan (Emily), Max, Malli and Annika; and his great grandchildren, Arielle, Shael, Cody, Cooper, Crosby and Brayden.
