He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Ruthie; his children, Joni (Danny Quintos), Sheri (Ian Federman) and Steve (Wendy Kahane); his brother Harvey; his sister-in-law Elaine Kahane; and his grandchildren, Aaron, Brandon, Brittany, Tyler, Cara, Derek, Aidan and Laura.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 at 7:30 PM. A shiva was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
