He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Freda Menaker and Manny Menaker; his spouse Ronnie Starr-Menaker; his children, Lisa, Rena and Andrea (Kyle); and his sister Doreen.

A funeral service will be held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 at 1:00 PM. A shiva will be held on Thursday, December 26th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and at 3:00 PM.
