He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Natalie Shenkar; his son Levi; his parents, Sherri Brenzel and Sandy Brenzel; his parent-in-law Michal Shenkar; his siblings, Jon (Michelle Brenzel), Karin Shenkar (Nicholas Jones) and Joy Shenkar; and his nieces and nephews, Jacob, Lucas, Lauren and Bennett.

A funeral service was held on Sunday, March 16th 2025 at 7:15 PM. A shiva will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025.
