We are sad to announce that on January 28, 2019, Jacob Schwartz (North York, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ellen and Jeff; his siblings, Beverly (Bevvy) and Ben; and his grandparents, Peter, Bonnie Levy, Irwin and Beverley Schwartz. He was also cherished by his aunts, uncles, cousins, family care givers, and friends.
